High pressure across the British Isles extends a ridge NE across the North Sea. The high persists tonight/tomorrow; as a couple of fragmented frontaltroughs move E across the Northern Isles towards SW Norway. These fill tomorrow night; before the high drifts ESE across Germany on Saturday; with the ridge becoming oriented NW across the North Sea in the morning; and WSW by the evening.
